most anticipated Hot Toys

One of the most fun things about collecting Hot Toys is the pre-ordering, it can hook you and before you know it you’ve got 20 pre-orders all on payment plans and wondering which organ you’re selling to afford all of this. So here’s my list of my most anticipated Hot Toys that are currently up for pre-order, this isn’t including any on waitlist or the new Deadpool and Ladypool because Hot Toys released them early.

The Joker (Joaquin Phoenix)

This one is long overdue from Hot Toys. I'm currently working on a list of Hot Toys I wish we had and up until a month or so ago this would've been on the list. First impressions I actually like both the Artisan and DX versions, I'm not the biggest fan of rooted hair on figures but with this Artisan line it looks like Hot Toys has cracked the hair code.

The highly-detailed figure is faithfully crafted based on Arthur Fleck a.k.a. Joker in The Joker. Features a newly developed head sculpt with separate eyeball rolling system to recreate those subtle, unsettling eye movements. And the attention to detail in replicating his expression, including the red grin, and blue facial makeup under his poorly dyed green hair, is wonderful.

The limited wardrobe Arthur Fleck has accumulated through his life to build an iconic and chaotic outfit that throws together a red suit, patterned shirt, a vest, socks and the two toned shoes. This figure also features a greatly articulated body to faithfully recreate the character's posture, movement, and overall physical presence. His look completed with weapons and accessories such as pistol, cigarette, clown mask, and a notebook.

The inclusion of a greatly-detailed diorama replicates "Murray Franklin” show set, complete with wood grained texture backdrop, colourful fabric curtain and studio lighting including “Applause” sign with LED light-up function.

This was unexpected but very welcome. I'm not the biggest fan of Iron Man 2 or Black Widow's portrayal in it but this figure is or at least looks incredible! The paint apps and hair look fantastic and this is what the Artisan line should be doing. For me I would prefer a Civil War version or Endgame but this will suffice for now.

The Black Widow Sixth Scale Figure includes a newly developed head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs, a meticulously tailored jumpsuit, and an array of accessories that faithfully reproduce her tactical gear from the film. From the signature Black Widow's bite wristlets to her utility belt. The figure even includes a specially designed magnetic figure stand for display.

This Collector's Edition is available in selected markets with limited quantity 2,000 units worldwide.

Currently on waitlist at the moment but well worth checking out here.

This thing is mental. I love it, I defiantly don't need it but I love it! The battle damage looks great but let's just talk about that cape! Can't lie it took me way to long to realise what it was but when you see it wow, what and effect, well played Hot Toys.

Look at the picture above and try not to buy it. My god this is beautiful, just seeing the cowl made me so happy. From the day I saw the set leaks whit Hugh Jackman in this suit I knew I was going to get it.

To finish off this list we have God Loki. I love this look for him and honestly I think the Regular version looks better than the Artisan, still looks incredible and can sit in his golden throne comfortably.

*from Sideshow*

Exquisitely crafted based on the screen appearance of Tom Hiddleston as God Loki in the finale, the figure features a newly developed head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs. The fabric costume has been finely tailored to match Loki's on-screen appearance, ensuring an accurate and visually stunning portrayal. His iconic horned helmet is magnetically attachable, completing the authentic look. Additionally, a throne, timeline effects, hand effects, themed backdrop, and a display base to enhance the display options and allow for creative posing.
